RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Drift Swimwear is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or store credit.  An exchange or store credit is only available for full priced and promotional code purchases. 

A store credit for full priced items will be valid for 6 months and promo code items will be valid for 1 month.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR A NEW ITEM OR STORE CREDIT.

Due to hygiene reasons underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear.  The item can only be returned if in original condition and if it meets all the requirements below:  

  • Is clean
  • Has not been worn
  • Has not been washed
  • All tags/tickets/labels are attached
  • Hygiene liners are in place (bottom & one pieces)

Drift Swimwear may refuse the return of items where the above conditions have not been met.

To return or exchange an item please follow these steps:

  • Within 7 days of receiving your purchase, please email us on orders@driftswimwear.com and let us know your name, order number and the reason for your return.   
  • Once your email is received we will issue you with a Return Authority number and form.
  • Once you have your Return Authority number you have 5 business days to send the item with your completed Return Authority form back to Drift Swimwear.
  • Drift Swimwear does not cover return shipping cost, this will be incurred at your expense.  We recommend using a registered postal service with a tracking facility, as we do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred due to return shipping. 
  • For Australian exchanges please include a prepaid postage bag with your return. If you do not include a prepaid postage bag, we will issue a store credit for you to place a new order online.  
  • International exchanges will only be given a store credit to place a new order online, no physical exchanges can be processed.
  • Once received your return will be inspected to ensure that is in original condition as outlined above.  Generally returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you when your exchange has been finalised. 

    Drift Swimwear reserves the right to reject your return if any of the above criteria has not been met. 

    REFUNDS

    We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty by Drift Swimwear.  All garments are made from high quality Italian lycra and are quality checked prior to shipping.

    In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty garment, please email us as soon as possible at orders@driftswimwear.com and we will assist you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

    While your swimsuit is made to last we do not accept liability for general wear and tear or issues that have arisen due to our care instructions not being followed such as:

    • Burring or pulling of fabric
    • Lack of elasticity
    • Deterioration of fabric
    • Colour fading or running
