Do you offer a quality garment?
Our aim is to provide a high quality garment that will stand the test of time and look fabulous for many summers to come. Drift swimwear is made from high quality Italian Xtra Life Lycra®, which provides two way elasticity that moulds to the body for improved fit. Your swimsuit will stay feeling smooth longer as our fabric has a high resistance to pilling.
All garments are double lined with the same Italian Xtra Life Lycra®, giving additional support and comfort. All shoulder ties, body straps and tie sides are made with inserted rubber/elastic which provides additional comfort, strength and support. Garments are quality checked prior to leaving the factory, and again prior to being shipped to our customers.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will assist you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I care for my new swimsuit?
We want your swimwear to stay looking great, for information on how to care for your garment please refer to our Care Instructions.
What is the right size for me?
We understand that sizing can be tricky when buying online. Please refer to our Size Guide for further information on sizing. If you are unsure and require further assistance in choosing the right size, for a particular style, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I know how much I will be paying in my currency?
Drift Swimwear processes payments in Australian dollars ($AUD). To work out what the price will be in a foreign currency you can use XE Currency Converter. Please use this rate as a guide only, as banks will work on a slightly lower rate and may also charge an exchange fee. Drift Swimwear is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes payable on international sales.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Drift Swimwear offers Standard and Express shipping for Australian and New Zealand customers and Standard shipping for International customers. Pease refer to our Shipping page for further information on charges.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, for more information on shipping please refer to our Shipping page.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery times vary dependant on your location and shipping method, delivery times are provided as a guide only. Please refer to our Shipping page for anticipated delivery times.
Can I check on the status of my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can track your order online through Australia Post.
Can I return or change my purchase?
If you are not happy with your purchase or you need a different size, you can return it for an exchange or store credit. An exchange or store credit is only available for full priced and promotional code purchases and certain conditions apply. International exchanges will only be given a store credit to place a new order online, no physical exchanges can be processed. Can I return a sale item?
There are no returns, exchanges or credits given for sale items. All sale items sold are final sale only.
Who pays for shipping for returns and exchanges?
Drift Swimwear does not cover return shipping costs, this will be incurred at your expense. We recommend using a registered postal service with a tracking facility, as we do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred due to return shipping. For Australian exchanges please include a prepaid postage bag with your return. If you do not include a prepaid postage bag, we will issue a store credit for you to place a new order online. Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty by Drift Swimwear. All garments are made from high quality Italian Xtra Life Lycra® and are quality checked prior to shipping.
